My photography series titled "In Flux" delves into new worldbuilding through the lens of the speculative aspect of photography. These photographs, published in Phoebe, Polemical Zine, and PhotoEd Magazine, embody the aspect of belonging to a city in flux. My photography is an intentional juxtaposition of my background as a multidisciplinary graphic designer and interest in science and changing technologies. These photographs freeze into a specific moment in place, illustrating the fact that the moment can have several renditions. These encapsulate the idea of a burgeoning, thus in alignment with how we may adapt and inhabit changing and evolving ecosystems and landscapes. The photographs were taken in Greece, Rome, and India.
