Nursing Crisis Advocacy Campaign
Created a powerful campaign graphic for CNA’s Fall advocacy initiative, aimed at spotlighting Canada’s healthcare crisis and the toll on nurses. Using multiple exposure techniques, the visual captured the emotional and physical weight of burnout while guiding viewers to take action through a pre-written letter to elected officials. Integrated into both the campaign landing page and social media, the graphic helped drive public response and bolstered CNA’s advocacy efforts, increasing visibility and pressure on policymakers.

Design a compelling graphic to highlight nursing burnout and the healthcare crisis, evoke empathy, and drive public action by directing viewers to a campaign page with a pre-written form for contacting elected officials.

Action:
Conceptualized and executed a graphic using multiple exposure techniques to visually represent the intensity of nursing burnout. Selected and edited impactful images, iterated designs based on feedback, and integrated the final graphic into the campaign page and social media posts.
