Soccertrac is an app that keeps track of all soccer events held in colleges and universities on a national level. The team behind soccertrac required a full UX revamp of their existing application as it was not well received by the customers and online app usage time was barely a few minutes.
By understanding their requirements, analysing the data for red flags, a new user experience was proposed that included addition of a few pages and creating a seamless flow for the user, giving them quicker access to required information and also creating a loop system to retain them longer on the app.
